Appreciated how my double room was set up.

The location is marvellous and lovely and with free parking.

Magnificent location not far from sea front, Sheringham town centre and the pubs on the main high street, and savoury breakfast. Attentive staff always on hand. Delightful immaculate room with view over city.

Noise from the main road can be bothersome at night!!! The rooms could use some more soundproofing to mitigate disturbances from neighbors. Limited parking availability could pose an inconvenience, so don't expect to park right out front!!!

Try the homemade jams at breakfast. they're delightful and add a unique local touch to your meal.

The stay was pleasant overall, thanks to John and Lucy‘s warm hospitality. The room was comfortable and clean, although maneuvering in the en-suite was a bit tricky due to a low ceiling. Breakfast was good, featuring fresh, quality ingredients that made the morning special.

The breakfasts were great, especially the fresh fruit salad! The hosts were friendly and provided useful tips for our adventures. Room was comfy, and the location was perfect for everything. Highly recommend this place for a fun getaway!

Just a small point on privacy. Our rooms did overlook the main road. A solution like window blinds could improve that.

The single room I had was really comfy and spotlessly clean. It had all the essentials like toiletries and tea/coffee facilities. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated that there was a fan for warmer nights. Everything felt fresh, and the atmosphere in the room was light and airy. Just a perfect little spot to relax after exploring Sheringham.

Holway house bed & breakfast is in a fantastic spot, just a short walk from the town and the beach. My room was veryvery comfy and tidy, with a clever bathroom setup. The breakfast was fabulous. I loved being able to order what i wanted beforehand. The hosts were so warm and accommodating.

Just a lovely little spot! Super clean, comfy bed, and the location's perfect-minutes from the beach! Can't rave enough about the good hosts. Breakfast? Divine!

Only downside was the small sink in the en suite-was like I was washing my hands in a teacup! And let's not mention the parking drama.

Rooms facing the main road experience noticeable traffic noise, which might disrupt sleep, especially with windows opened on warmer nights. Some en suite bathrooms are cramped. The layout of certain rooms could feel tight for couples wanting shared space.

Comfortable room, helpful hosts, with a spacious twin room with vintage furniture and excellent shower quality, and an off-site car park for easy access to nearby attractions.

It was just a prime choice for a short staycation in Sheringham with value for money. The homemade marmalade at breakfast was superb and really nice! Try to choose a room without a low ceiling if you're taller.
